Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• In light of China localization strategy, partner with the Marketing, Sales to identify potential business growth initiatives, to address the unmet needs from China markets and customers with alignment of BU business strategy.
• Prioritize identified business growth opportunities and develop program plan including business cases, financial models, project management plan.
• Responsible the execution of key growth initiatives across multiple stakeholders, including marketing/sales/operation within business unit and corporate functions, both Global and Greater China levels, and monitor ongoing project activities on regular manner.
• Partnership with upstream marketing to develop strategic market research to provide strategic analysis and recommendations, fulfilling business development needs.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required, MBA will be a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience, strategic marketing from Healthcare industry, management consulting or corporate internal consulting background would be a plus
• Strong leadership potential as demonstrated by various types of achievements
• High level of integrity, dedication and motivation
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and business sense
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An effective team player
• Fluency in oral and written English.
