Essential Requirement:

1. Master degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical or Electronic)
2. Solid hands-on design experience as mechanical
   engineer or electronic engineer at least 10 years, expert on control engineering/control system
   simulation.
3. More than 5 years experience in
   large-scale mechatronics control system design including robotic arm,
   automation pipeline or similar field.
4. Good
   knowledge on requirement management.
5. Good English
   communication ability (verbal and written)
6. Must be a
   team player

Desired Qualification:

1. Conceptual
   design experience, like design and development for medical devices or life
   science product
2. A positive
   attitude towards team working incl. intercultural competence with
   structured and systematic work method
3. Good knowledge and
   experience in Design for Six Sigma (process and tools)
4. Good problem
   solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical
   communication ability
5. Global collaboration
   experience in matrix organization
6. Well know the medical deveice related
   regulatories, such as ISO 13485, FDA Title 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971, IEC
   61010-1 etc.
