*职责说明（Job Description）:

1、负责总机电话的接转、咨询回复、留言记录等工作。
2、负责来访人员的登记、接待、安排等候、引导等工作，及时通报相关部门或个人。
3、代收文件做好签收交接记录。
4、负责公司快递费、水费、电费、物业费等各项行政办公相关费用的核算。
5、组织、协调公司会议和活动，根据工作计划进行督办与落实，及时向公司领导和相关部门反馈信息。
6、联系物业，维修损坏设备；
7、办公环境的维护与管理
8、协助完成其它公司日常行政、人事、后勤工作。

*基本要求：
大专学历

熟练使用OFFICE办公软件（Excel，PPT，Word）

性格认真负责，乐于帮助他人

形象良好
