职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Identify air freight growth opportunities by taking company goals, market information, the departmental strengths / weaknesses into consideration
- Partner with sales and branch manager to develop new air freight business / product for maximizing profit
- Promote existing / new air product / service via different internal / external channels
- Work with tender team to provide strategic, workable & profitable pricing advices to close deal. Review failure case and suggest future improvement
- Regular meet with airlines to negotiate for a better pricing, allocation & service and build a trustful relationship
- Develop performance indicators to ensure service level / customers satisfaction / productivity
- Take part in sales activities for Air Freight
- Maintain sales visit daily plan
- Providing clients with competitive proposals and following up quotations
- Consultative selling / providing value added services to clients
- Generating and following up sales leads
- Manage key accounts including KPI report & sales reviews
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of air freight operations and market information in global freight forwarding industry
- Strong negotiation skills and have solid experience in dealing with airlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking , using logic and reasoning to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks, and identifying alternative solutions or approaches
- At least 5 years field sales experience in the Air freight
- Ambitious & Driven personality
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve your targets
- Strong selling and communication kills
- Ideally a graduate and preferably with a degree in logistics and marketing
