Diabetes Business Department：

 Diabetes Business Department has eight sales regions across China and one field execution team in central office, the department is to communicate diabetes products to healthcare professionals.

Job Description：
1、To process sales data, involve in sales forecast with regions, get insight of opportunity and challenge from regions, sales progress analysis and to produce relevant reports
2、To initiate and involve in cross function collaboration projects, take the role of project coordinator or department coordinator, to add value to business
3、To organize the assigned activities with planning, coordination and execution.
4、To be coordinator for quality management, to drive quality mindset, reception of HQ and IO’s audit to DBD and follow-up with related action plans.
5、Products sampling management and execution to meet both compliance and business requirements, work with brand team and field for forecast, analysis and report.
6、Continuously enhance DBD winning culture to cultivate best performers and good experience sharing.
7、To support sales department with other business issue
8、To live the Novo Nordisk Way of Management and incorporate this in all actions.
