Job Description：
1、To explore digitalization opportunities in FITAP:
     1.RPA
     2.Visualization by Power BI, Tableau, or QlickSense, etc.
     3.Chatbot
     4.Etc
2、To lead the digitalization projects in FITAP and take charge of IT part
     1.As a expert of RPA and Visualization to provide the IT consultancy and training to FITAP teams
     2.Manage IT application vendors, and ensure the application implementation follows the pre-defined governance
     3.Audit the project from IT perspective, i.e. structure, coding or script, testing, and acceptance.
3、To set up the governance for digitalization projects and the consequent maintenance
     1.Setup the governance on how to manage RPA/Visualization/Chatbot/etc. applications in FITAP
     2.Setup the structure to manage FITAP IT applications (NB: Not global or local systems)
4、To recommend a digitalization competency development roadmap
     1.Recommend a Region China FITAP digitalization map
     2.Recommend how to develop the digitalization competency, internally or externally

And the job requirements are:
1、Post-graduate degree, IT related background
2、Experience in RPA, Visualization or chatbot are preferred.
3、Fluent in oral/written English;
4、Fast learner;
5、Willing to take challenges and provide support;
6、Strong stakeholder management.
