Clinical Medical Regulatory and Quality department - Real World Evidence (RWE)

 In CMRQ(Clinical Medical Regulatory and Quality),We commit to bringing our products to Chinese market with the fastest speed and top quality, and applying the most scientific way to communicate our products' benefits to our customers. We have 6 team in CMRQ aiming to portfolio evaluation and overall strategy; New product approval, license maintenance, Product localization; Clinical evidence trial operation Phase (I-IV, NIS); Multiple stakeholders’ engagement (HA/KOLs/investigators) and Medical evidence generation/communication.

Responsibilities will include：
1、Initiatives effectively with internal and outsourced capabilities to deliver high quality, rigorous, and fit-for-purpose RWE solutions according to company priorities and opportunities to impact patients and society
2、Support or contribute significantly to cross-functional, enterprise-wide and external RWE initiatives as well as to new and innovative data and analytic platforms, methodological approaches and technologies, which enable broader and more effective use of data to reimagine cancer treatment

Minimum Requirements：
1、Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in clinical medicine/healthcare required.
2、Fluent English (oral and written)
3、Relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies, academia, healthcare provider / Payer / HTA, or relevant consultancy companies preferred.
4、 Understanding of Real World Data/Real World Evidence or related disciplines to generate scientifically rigorous and value evidence from secondary data sources
5、 Understanding of drug development with proven ability to identify and deliver key evidence needs for Clinical, Medical, Safety, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, stakeholders
6、 Knowledge of observational and/or epidemiological research methodology and statistical methods
7、Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate and communicate complex ideas, concepts.
