Responsibilities:

- Work with the hardware and mechanical engineers to develop new medical devices with high quality.

- Deliver high quality code with white box testing.

- Responsible for design, implementation and documentation of the firmware.

- Implement the software tools to meet the requirements of manufacturing, servicing and internal testing from both internal and external customers.

- Understand the medical device development process and other necessary SOPs, and apply them to daily work.

Qualification:

- 7+ years of professional development experience.

- Enthusiastic on technical topics and be a quick learner to new things.
- A good team player, open mind and dare to share your own opinions

- Good English skill in writing and reading.

- Experience in medical device DHF.

- Familiarity with SWQA procedures.

- Medical device development experience and IEC60601-1, IEC62304 and related IEC standard familiarity.

Mandatory skills and knowledge:

- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major.

- Hands-on Experience working in software development on embedded medical devices with modern operating systems (e.g. RTOS, Linux, ucOS)

- Proficient in C/C++ programming, and python.

- Hands-on experience of device driver programming.

- Knowledge of common interfaces such as MIPI, I2C, SPI, PCIe, Serial, CAN

- Experience diagnosing and debugging complex, distributed system issues, and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve difficult problems.

- Experience in ARM processors Embedded systems.

- Experience in common white box testing tools usage. (e.g. Vector Cast)

Desired skills and knowledge:

- 2-3 years providing technical leadership and mentorship

- Digital signal processing and algorithm design experience preferred.

- Exposure to networking, communications systems, and data security
