PRINCIPal ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Supplier Quality Management 供应商开发和绩效管理

 -       Supplier qualification, on site quality audit and capability assessment 供应商资格认定、现场质量审核和能力评估

 -       Develop and maintain QAA(Quality Assurance Agreement) 与供应商商谈并签订质量保证协议 

 -       Supplier performance monitor and supplier quality continue improvement 供应商绩效监控和供应商质量持续改进  

 -       Supplier Quality system development and improvement 供应商质量体系开发和改进

 -       Supplier change control 供应商变更控制   ¨    Material Quality Management 原材料质量管理：

 -       Material quality issue solving and SCAR follow up  原材料质量问题解决，供应商纠正预防措施跟踪验证。

 -       Lead new material qualification (PPAP), review and approve material qualification protocol/report to support new project successfully launch in market. 主导新物料的承认（PPAP），审阅并批准供物料评价草案及报告从而支持新项目的成功上市。   

 -       Incoming inspection Gage R&R evaluation  进货检验量具R&R评估 

 -       Set up incoming inspection plan 建立进料检验作业指导书  

 ¨      Other tasks defined in QMS.   

 -   QMS 定义的其他职责         

EXPERIENCE:

1. Material qualification experience.
2. Familiar with manufacturing processes, quality evaluation method and standard, technology principle and development trend of plastic parts & tooling, metal parts (stamping, machining, die-cast, etc.), or mechanical-electrical parts (PCBA, cable, battery, keypad, motor, etc.).
3. Quality Audit skill, ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certificate preferred
4. Problem solving skill
5. Measurement knowledge
6. Advanced quality tools (PPAP/ SPC/FMEA/MSA) knowledge & using skill 

    

EDUCATION:

1. BS/MS is preferred in Mechanical or Electrical engineering background. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management and 3 years work experience in medical device industry.
2. Experience with material localization & supplier development.
