Job Summary:
Be responsible for Hefei plant importation and exportation, bonded transfer operation, bonded clients management and Customs H2000 system
Be familiar with Customs/CIQ operation guideline on regulation compliance



Responsibilities:

1.Supervise import & export operation activities including international transportation, customs clearance & inland transportation to ensure company's polices are adhering.
2. Bonded order operation management
3.Develop and improve operations processes and services by implementing lean methodology
4. Drives cost reduction by analyzing and appraising performance logistic supplier.
5. Bonded book application & Verification
6. Vendor SOP and KPI management



Basic Qualifications:
- University or above with bachelor degree, Intl' trade or logistics background will be preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience about import/export operation in multi-national companies, around 2 years management experience
- Self-starter with demonstrated leadership and good management/teamwork skills.
- Good skill of analytical and problem solving ability and experience where problems are complex.
- Well developed oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Customs declarer certification
- Trade compliance knowledge in China
- Be familiar with customs H2000 system operation
- Experience in handling multiple, often complex projects simultaneously
- IT knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
- Aptitude to deal positively when working under pressure
- Proven ability to define and manage implementation of customs-related IT systems in a corporate environment.
