Job Description:
-Generate Production Plans & Schedules based on optimum capacity utilization constraints (machines and workload balancing).
-Collaborate with the production teams to develop right inventory management and cost reduction procedures.
-Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to capture right customer demand and sales forecast.
-Generate Demand Forecasts and identify optimum levels of inventory availability.
-Generate Supply Forecasts based on aggregate customer demand.
-Leads purchasing team to develop and implement alternate ways to source in order to achieve improved cost, delivery, and cash flow, including effective use of e-sourcing or auction.
-Leads creation and effective execution of annual savings plan to reduce purchasing costs year-over-year, and reports progress monthly per corporate reporting requirements.
-Ensures all processes of suppliers' contacts and proposals are compliance with Company's code of business ethics.
-Ensures all purchases are based on reasonable cost and on integrity of suppliers' competition and selection.
-Assures timely distribution of materials or requested products to support each business units within.
-Works closely with the existing services provider, in order to manage, plan and optimize logistics, product transportation, cost and pricing of transportation, warehouse and inventory management.
-Ensures that the Finance and Accounting Department -sales report, stock report, invoicing, quotation, purchase order, account payable and account receivable-are made aware of all adjustments to agreed contracts between clients and the organization.

Job Requirement:
-University degree.
-Good Planning skills.
-Ability to motivate and lead a team.
-Good spoken and written communication skills (English is a plus).
-Good problem-solving.
-Attention to detail.
-Confidence in using computer packages, such as spreadsheets and databases.
-Good geographical knowledge.
-Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Confidence and integrity.
-Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
