Job Description
Essential Functions:

1. Working with R&D team to lead testing multiple versions of software.
2. The activities will include but not limited: test environment setup, write test plans and test protocols, test protocols execution, defect tracking, write test report. Test categories may include function testing, smoke test, regression test, stress test, performance test, etc.
3. Test resource planning and allocation.
4. Software quality status evaluation and report to related stakeholders regularly.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

1. Familiar with IEC 62304 standard and good understanding of medical device software development, test and release processes
2. Strong self-motivated and ability to work independently
3. Strong verbal and written/documentation in English
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
5. Familiar with one or some of tools listed here:
6. i.JIRA/Bugzilla
7. ii.QA Complete
8. Familiar with scrum software development process.
9. People management or team management experience is preferred
10. Medical device whole system test experience is preferred
