MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
· The main purpose of this role is to lead strategy development and implementation of various mobility initiatives for the Medtronic Greater China region. This individual should be a passionate change agent and he /she will serve as a critical point of contact for regional BU partners.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop enterprise mobility strategy, plan and manage the delivery of related initiatives or projects;
- Provide leadership to the project team of analysts;
- Ensure consistent high quality of project deliverables;
- Drive value creation thought leadership and innovation in project team;
- Engage and manage BU partners who are directly involved in the project, as well as broader stakeholders in Global IT;
- Manage project financials to ensure delivery is executed on time and on budget;
- Manage 3rd party vendors and service providers (e.g. agencies) for execution and operation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or business administration;
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in cross platform mobile application development, pharma industry exposure or B2C application development experience is a plus;
- Proven track records in native iOS/Android mobile app, responsive & adaptive designed web application, WeChat mini-program, Zhifubao mini-program build & operation, etc.;
- Proficient knowledge of popular front-end technologies, e.g. React Native, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, and CSS etc.;
- Proficient knowledge of user experience and design process and trends;
- Proficient knowledge of CRM/e-commerce backend solution integration via API;
- Proficient knowledge of application operation, auto test, performance tuning, etc.;
- Understand data, having analytics background and experience is preferred;
- Proven technical architecture skills in leading mobility and front-end technologies & solutions assessment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong client facing and presentation skills;
- Experience with organizing and communicating with global teams;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with ambiguity;
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new applications and develop domain knowledge;
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment;
- Passion to contribute to high-quality services and solutions.
