- 1. 建立并维护良好的客户关系,以了解客户需求。确保客户在整个销售过程中获得满意的体验。
- 2. 从全系列产品中选择***产品组合并根据每个项目的具体情况制定最优的价格和技术方案,完成有竞争力的投标/预算/报价。确保按时提交合格的解决方案,并确保报价完整准确。
- 3. 根据投标/预算/报价需求计划,依据工作流程,按时完成工作。
- 4. 在投标/预算/报价过程中,识别客户/渠道的任何合同协议相关的潜在风险。根据ABB政策,提供信息和/或参与风险评估。
- 5. 负责收集和整理报价/投标所需的所有信息,包括技术相关和成本相关。
- 1. 工程学士学位及以上
- 2. 要求良好的书面和口头沟通能力
- 3. 最少有5年的相关工作经验

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be the technical point person for the Sales organization in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line/ Electrification Business in Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang/China country/NAS region. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will create, and complete bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or customer
requirements/budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company. Maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers that are present in the area of responsibility.
- Established and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer’s needs. - Ensure a positive customer experiences throughout the sales process.
- Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations, taking into account best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation. Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate costs.
- In accordance with bid/estimate/quotation planning, ensures that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures.
- Identify potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels. Provides information and/or participates in the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy.
- Responsible for collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
- 5+ years of related experiences are preferred and prior technical training or presentation experience
- Very good knowledge and understanding of EPDS product.
- Proficient PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
