- 5. 具有较强的沟通表达能力，课程认证讲师优先
- 6. 熟练电脑操作，通过数据，分析培训的完成情况。

As a Training Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business and EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) based in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xiamen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

You will be the technical point person for the Sales organization in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xiamen /China country/NAS region. You will support local Sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions.

？ Based on the business and employee performance, design training program to develop the capability to the target group.
？ Implement, tracking and evaluate the training effectiveness, optimize it to meet business needs in time.
？ Liaise with EP academy, localize and support training implementation in the region.
？ Analysis and summary of training data to promote the completion rate and absorption rate of trainees.
？ Support on internal trainer team building up, establish the learning culture in the business.
？ Design and produce web-based training module.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above.
？ 5 years working experience in Learning and Development.
？ Understand the commercial business, be experienced in training program design, facilitation and management.
？ Skilled in computer operation, be able to analysis training record through data.
？ Strong leadership, ability to motivate participant, ensure training effectiveness.
？ Strong communication skill, certified trainer is preferred.
？ Be proactive at work with good team spirit.
