职位描述:
1. Design and lead initiatives to build the company culture for the organization: closely work with global platform leaders to organize campaigns to roll out the company culture facing employees;
2. Lead cross-team efforts to have employees embody company values through assessment, training and reinforcement through current processes and operations;
3. Drive inclusive and collaborative culture of the organization with close partnership with internal communication;
4. Facilitate the promotion of employee referral program to ByteDance's global offices;
5. Enhance our employer branding through marketing skills or campaigns from conception to implementation;
6. Be a cultural ambassador for ByteDance.
职位要求:
1. 1-3 years of company culture, employer branding or human resources experience in a global, dynamic, fast-moving environment;
2. Good influencing and communication skills, Customer-focus and collaborative mindset;
3. Proven knowledge of integrated Internal communication, culture promotion, marketing concepts, brand strategy;
4. Ability to travel as required;
5. PR or Marketing working experience is preferred;
6. Fluency in English and Chinese.
