Key Responsibilities:
1. Cash Management -Money Collection 现金管理----收款
2. Cash Management -Depositing Cash Revenue and ensure the safety of the company money 现金管理----缴存现金收入
3. Cash Management-Petty Cash 现金管理----备用金管理
4. Reimbursement Management----includes payment request, personal expense report, cash advance, payments of reimbursements and refunds 报销的管理----包含填写付款申请，个人报销审核，IOU管理, 支付员工报销及退费
5. Invoice Management---Issuing Invoices 发票管理----填制/给予学员发票
6. Invoice Management----applying, report the usage 发票管理---申请,汇总,报告
7. Revenue/Refund Assurance 收入及退款的确认
8. Reporting --- Excel & Salesforce 报告的编制
9. Issuing Refunds 办理退款
10. Contract Administration 合同的管理
11. School Fixed Assets Management 学校固定资产管理
12. Inventory Management----Books, Gimmicks 存货管理
13. Execution of the finance policy in school 执行财务部规定的政策
14. Training the assigned second shift (cashier) of the school 培训代班
15. Periodical Finance Trainings and meetings 定期财务培训及会议
Requirement:
Experience: Minimum 1 year related working experience 一年以上出纳相关工作经验
Educational Requirement: College diploma on Accounting or Finance 会计或财务相关大专以上学历
Additional Requirements:
1.Related working experience is a plus 有相关工作经验者优先
2.Excellent EXCEL skills 良好的Excel使用技巧
3.Two days off in one week, but need work in weekend and shift the duty from Monday to Friday. The normal schedule everyday will be 10:30am to 20:30pm to catch up the customer walk in peak time. 一周两天休息, 休息日为周一至周五中的两天, 上班时间为10:30点到19:30点
