岗位职责:

1.负责接听、解答加盟咨询电话，后期电话或网络跟进回访；

2.邀约客户到集团总部或各地分公司商务考察、加盟合作洽谈；

3.业务数据报表整理及分析；

4.其他行政工作:领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，有过酒店前台或客服相关经验者优先；

2.性格开朗温和，普通话清晰流利，声音甜美，具备良好的情绪管控及沟通表达能力；

3.熟练掌握办公软件。
