As a Service Sale Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Guangzhou, Xiamen and Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.
You will execute service work with Pulp & Paper Service Product Group/ Process Industries Business Line (BL)/ Industrial Automation Business in Guangzhou, Xiamen and Shanghai/China country/NAS region. You will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.
? In collaboration with the Service Manager Implement Service sales strategy. Penetrate IB, promote various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB.
? Understand the existing installed base (IB) and identify and develop sales opportunities for Service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market.
? Generate Service sales lead and develop new market opportunity by utilizing market trend information, identify and explore potential new service opportunity.
? Establish long term customer relationship by understanding customer requirement and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). Register customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
? Sell entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in the designated area(s). Prepare ABB?ˉs Service offering based on customer needs.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
? Bachelor’s Degree, major in Industry Automation or related Engineering Field.
? 5-8 years of experience in Industry Products Sales.
? Strong sense of market development, Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated are considered is an added advantage.
? Self-learning and travel frequency.
