2. Supervise and coach Medical Representatives to analyse and formulate their POA

3. Supervise and coach Medical Representatives to conduct high quality product information communication, medical promotion and feedback.

4. Collaborate cross functions to ensure the business and brand strategy well implemented

5. Plan and implement co-visit with Medical Representatives;

6. Participate in the selection, recruitment and training of Medical Representatives;

参与医药代表的选拔、招聘和培训/辅导工作

7. Evaluate Medical Representatives’ performance regularly and help them design an   individual development plan;

定期评估医药代表的业绩，帮助他们制定个人发展计划

8. Engage and implement compliance initiatives and programs roll-out, and act as role model to drive compliance culture. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant. Comply with the rules and regulations issued related to medical representatives or pharma companies.

岗位要求：

Education:   University degree (minimum) 大学本科及以上学历 

Languages:  Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills; 良好的英语听说读写能力 

Experience/Professional Requirement: 

3+ years sales experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 1+ years in management position; 

Strong leadership and team management skills 

Strong integrity and compliance mindset

3年以上制药行业相关经验，1年以上管理经验
