Principal Accountabilities：

Strategy and projects

• Work with product manager to make the go-to-market plan and implement marketing activities;
• Work with professional education team to develop external/internal professional training programs,CA2T, and materials;
• Work with digital marketing team to develop innovative marketing solutions;

Support sales team

• Coordinate with regional sales manager on the execution of local marketing development plans and programs;
• Conduct training, demonstration and presentation to the key customers;
• On site, product technical support to customers, distributors and local sales;
• Support local sales and marketing activities such as organize workshops and seminars
• Work with sales team and set good relationship with current and potential KOLs in the region;
• Positioning KOLs and driving programs for developing different KOLs through PACE, MA & marketing events

Experience:

1-2+ years of medical device marketing/product management, sales or clinical experience..

Knowledgeable in anesthesia or critical care area or medical background is preferred.

Good communication skill and interpersonal skill is required.

Highly self motivating and positive thinking with strong team spirit.

This position requires travel in region often and national wide occasionally.
