Sr Financial Analyst – FPA

This role will be located at the FPA COE and will work closely with the Asia Pacific Country & Group finance leads to  perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecast financial performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.

A Day in the Life

 

• Manage Annual Operating Plan process for APAC FPA by working closely with the Country & Business unit leads

• Provide routine and ad-hoc reporting and analytics on Revenue, P&L and Working Capital

• Consolidate Country & Business unit forecasts, prepare report out packages with narratives outlining the drivers of the financials and variances

• Standardize reporting and forecasting templates

• Clearly and concisely communicate expected and actual financial results and the activities underlying those results

• Execute period end close activities and consolidation and analysis of monthly/quarterly results

• Prepare monthly reporting packages, metrics and scorecards including clear and concise narratives

• Manage CAPEX planning, forecasting and reporting

 

Must Have:   Minimum Requirements

 

More than 5 years working experience in FP&A

Solid written, verbal, and executive communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

Strong attention to detail

 

 

Nice to Have

 

MBA or professional qualification in finance i.e. CPA, CIMA, ACCA

Exceptional financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills; experience modeling the P&L, working capital, and cash flow.

Thorough understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principals

In-depth experience using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate strategic and financial plans and analysis

Hyperion HFM, Essbase, and Planning application experience.

Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization (business, geography, corporate)
