职位描述:
1. Design and lead initiatives to build the company culture for the organization: closely work with global platform leaders to organize campaigns to roll out the company culture facing employees；
2. Lead cross-team efforts to have employees embody company values through assessment, training and reinforcement through current processes and operations；
3. Drive an inclusive and collaborative culture of the organization with close partnership with internal communication；
4. Enhance our employer branding through marketing skills or campaigns from conception to implementation；
5. Be a cultural ambassador for ByteDance；
6. Manage Internal management.
职位要求:
1. 5+ years of company culture, employer branding or human resources experience in a global, dynamic and fast-paced environment;
2. Good persuasive and communication skills, customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
3. Proven knowledge of integrated Internal communication, culture promotion, marketing concepts, brand strategy;
4. Self-starting, resilient attitude with an ability to work cross-functionally and understand the pulse of ByteDance;
5. Excellent proficiency in English;
6. Ability to travel as required.
