1. 团队介绍:
Lazada is the No. 1 online shopping & selling destination in Southeast Asia – present in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. 2. Job descriptions:
1. Provide dedicated support for Key Accounts with trusted advisory and data-driven. Deliver quality merchant support service to the account portfolio, meet specific customer satisfaction requirements while continuously driving the healthiness of the account portfolio.
2. Resolve seller inquiries with best-in-class standard. Proactively identify problems and risks of top sellers, build solutions and implement to consolidate.
3. Align with stakeholder improvement areas to enhance seller experience. Manage executive escalations. Provide accurate solutions and proper education to merchants regarding products, processes and compliance requirements.
4. Work with functional and operations teams to identify business opportunities; expertly manages stakeholder expectations and scope of projects。 Drive continuous improvement projects based on data insights to increase performance.
5. Conduct analysis of existing programs, processes, needs, internal controls, interdependencies and process gaps/opportunities to identify opportunities for improvement, non-value added steps, inconsistences, redundancies and other impediments. Lead and support the design and execution of complex business optimization initiatives, enable project implementation and delivery.
6. Innovate business models with key sellers/brands, basing on industry and platform status, find new opportunities and breakthroughs in the industry.

3. Job Requirements:
1. 4+ years’ experience in the Internet industry, cross-border e-commerce experience preferred;
2. Ability to develop a clear customer strategy, strong data analysis and insights capabilities;
3. Strong cross-team and cross-function communication skills, can motivate peers and co-work teams, and achieve goals through orderly program management.
4. Capabilities of resource integration, including but not limited to traffic operations, product operations and training operations, etc.;
5. Certain knowledge of internet product tools, quick learner of product tools and sense of productization and product optimization;
6. Results-oriented, flexibility of strategy adjustment in the face of difficulties, positive thinking, fluent in English communication is a plus.
