Sales Supervisor/Key Account Rep

Travel frequency: Frequent

Main Purpose:

To achieve quarterly and annual sale objectives through working together with distributors to promote and service Medtronic’s products within assigned territory.

Responsible for overall management of assigned territory with minimum supervision.

Job Description:

Responsible for leading a team of Sales representatives to sell ready-to-use products by working with current hospitals. Also responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery and any post-sale services to a group of clients. Has some freedom as to the conditions of the sale. Works independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities. Manages and trains sales representatives. Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.

Responsibility:

• Calls on current and potential customers.

• Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.

• Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.

• Keeps records and reports on all activities.

• Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.

  Qualification:

• At least 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare environment

• Relevant undergraduate degree required, post graduate qualification preferred.
