Responsibilities:
- Creates size charts and grading manual for the ONLY range
- Leads the fitting process and is accountable for the final call in fit related issues during the development process
- Supports Retail, Production and Design on all fit and measurement related issues
- Establish basic pattern library for identified categories
- Creates a "how to measure" manual/guideline and provides training to ONLY staff and suppliers
- Creates and implements training manual/guideline for ONLY technicians on how to perform fittings. Including specific pattern modifications/instructions to correct common/or key fitting issues.
- Illustrator training manual for technicians to create basic sketches for communicating pattern changes to suppliers.
- Creates manual/guideline for training technicians how to create specs and grading.
- Training to suppliers of how to work with ONLY basic patterns.
- Creates proto size specifications according to input from Design
- Creates fully-graded size specifications according to finalization samples and article description in collaboration with the PM on selected styles.
- Ensures all pattern related buy ready cut off dates are met and that documents are provided to the respective parties within the given time lines in apparel calendar
- Make random checks in size specifications created from supplier and correct/inform the responsible point person.
- Leads the fit process and up dates size specifications accordingly
- Achieves consistency in fit by ensuring that style pattern is based on style templates (basic pattern)
- Responds to all inquiries concerning size tables or size specifications and patterns for bulk production from the Production teams / Suppliers
- Follows up on pattern policy and manuals and makes sure that all points are met and gives feedback to the necessary team about necessary amendments
- Available for marker making / random checking related to pre-costing and fabric usage efficiencies

Requirements:
- Apprenticeship as a tailor/ dressmaker/ industrial clothes manufacturer with minimum two to three years job experience as a tailor (Textile school training in pattern making basics is an advantage)
- Technical college / fashion school training in pattern making/grading , or equivalent education
- English language skills
- IT skills (Illustrator, MS Office, Gerber and or Lectra Patternmaking software)
