Responsibilities:
- Collect shop open pictures to the predefined designer and leaders.
- Ensure to visit each shop for predefined area every two weeks.
- Observe decoration problems by maintenance checklist.
- Report maintenance problem and shop inspection result regularly.
- Inform maintenance team when shops have decoration issue.
- Follow up quality and effect when maintenance tasks completion.
- Supervise and coach shop staff how to use cleaning tools.
- Have ability to train shop staff basic maintenance knowledge and how to apply the maintenance.

Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Retail industry or similar industry.
- Strong sense of self work
- Detailed
- Good communication skill
- Associate Degree or above
