职位职责:
1.Search qualified steel suppliers and manufactories, audit and cost break-down analysis寻找合格的铁器供应商和厂家，价格拆分成本，控制工程预算
2.Monitor Quality level (Collect raw material specifications)
监控和把握材料质量（收集原料规格）
3.Using production mapping to create transparent cost analysis
把握生产总体情况达到较为透明清晰的成本分析
4.In close corporation with Division leaders to identify savings potentials
与部门经理紧密合作寻求节约成本的可能性
5.Obtain detailed knowledge of “standard” materials (size/type/quality)
了解定义符合标准材料的细节（尺寸/类型/质量）
6.Play a leading role in problem solving with supplier's team when critical problems happened 在与供应商共同处理关键问题时起主导作用
7.Collect and manage material samples收集和管理材料样品
8.Challenge supplier to produce customized material to our factories production process. 对供应商提出要求按照产品制作流程定制材料
9.Share and communicate best practices between brands in order to "break down" silo thinking/working能够分享并沟通各品牌实际经验，以便于价格拆分工作的开展
10.Train and develop present and new suppliers and at the same time gain higher SLA within the cost. 培训并开发当前或新的供应商并在成本范围内提高协议质量
11.Participate in ad hoc activities as requested 参与上级指派的临时活动

职位要求：
1，Goal-oriented, Tough, Energetic with Strong collaboration skills, Strong planning skills, Self-motivating, Hard working, pro active, strong analytical abilities, excellent communicational skills in English (preferred)

2，Bachelor degree of engineering (construction, production, manufacturing) or similar technical background 大专以上学历，工程（建筑，生产，制造）相关专业或类似技术的教育背景
3，Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience from construction, production, manufacturing for steel 3-5年建筑，制造，生产相关工作经验，了解相关钢铁材料
