Job responsibility:
1.Make the overall guidelines for all display material and trends training to Retail
2.Develop the weekly display guidelines for visual merchandiser/Display Implementation Team
3.Take charge of the promotional display guidelines as well as the category driven displays
4.Take charge of display team management (central display team + Display Development Team) to ensure all the jobs are on track.
5.Coordinate with Display Implementation Team to change display in promotion season when new arrival in shop.
6.Give related training about display knowledge to Display Implementation Team
7.Work with and implement on-going concept developments to keep brand cool and relevant to consumers.
8.Work with responsible for the team
9.Work closely with design team to adopt latest trend, work with retail to ensure seamless implementation and work with marketing to ensure brand communication guidelines.

Position requirement:
1.28-35 years old, associate degree or above with art or design related field.
2.Analytical, structured and has attention to details
3.At least 5 years display and management working experience in retail industry.
4.Experience from leading a small team
5.Is creative, have good fashion sense, sensitive to different color collocation. Thinks out-side the box
6.Extroverted, proactive with strong environmental adaption ability and collaboration skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Strong leadership and communication skills with good English speaking and writing capabilities.
8.Familiar with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint
9.Can speak English (not super level but must be able to read and communicate basic English)
