GENERIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential for new employees)
工作与职责概论 (新员工必备技能)
In general the candidate should have the below competencies in order to proceed further in the recruitment process 为进一步的招聘进程,候选人应基本具备如下技能
1.Deliver high, timely service towards customers (Design & Projects Services)
按照客户(设计&项目服务)要求,确保准确、及时地完成货运
2.Understanding general flow of projects理解一般项目流程
3.Understand general logistical best practices principals
拥有一般物流的相关知识及最佳运送方式
4.Knowledge related to stock management (calculation of minimum stock, reordering points etc.) 了解相关库存管理(库存最小值计算方式,记录点等)
5.Administrative abilities (PC excellence) 胜任基础的行政工作(计算机使用熟练)
6.Knowledge related to automated processes (IT based work flow diagrams - scope of work etc) 具备相关自动处理程序的基本知识(IT基本工作流程 – 工作范围等)
7.Follow all company policies, procedures & local and national laws completing tasks.
遵守公司所有规定,程序和当地法律
8.Ability to share and communicate best practices between brands in order to "break down" silo thinking/working
各品牌间分享并交流最有效的方法,以“分解”现有的思想/工作。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND CRITICAL TASKS 具体职责和主要工作
Specific tasks that the candidate should be able to manage after a introduction period of up to 3 months工作满3个月以后应管理如下具体工作
1.Manage and monitor entire business process (from order to shop delivery)
管理和监控全部商务程序(从下定单到按时送达)
2.Report actual stock situation with Division Manager(s) by every week.(Wed)
每周三下午与部门经理汇报库存实际情况
3.Ability to implement standard work procedures & automate processes in order to reduce active "manual" work.
能够实现标准工作程序及流程自动化,以减少现有"手册"的工作。
4.Ensure delivery time of furniture/materials by communication with special suppliers.与特殊供应商进行沟通,以确保家具/材料按时到达
5.Innovate stock & process methods by actual implementation. Such as set up cost control system 通过现有工作更新新的库存处理系统,例如建立成本控制系统
6.Collect creative “automated processes” from team members. (Excel/Access/other)
总结更多创造性的“自动化进程”(电子表格/数据库/其他)
7.Supply entire stock & process analysis report to evaluate actual stock status, and enhance stock management level.
提供全面的库存分析报告,评估库存管理状态,提高库存管理水平
8.Together with Division leaders to agree and create measureable KPI within area of responsibility (QDIP) (Quality; on time delivery – D; Corrective deliveries – I; “Lowest” inventory – P; Orders/items per day.
连同部门领导共同审核并建立指定区域的关键绩效指标(QDIP)(Q:按时到达 – D: 纠正交付 – I: “最低”库存 – P: 日常订单/项目。
