JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title:Brand Controller
Department:Finance Department
Job Level:Department Head
Reporting Line:Brand CEO

Monitor overall of accounting and finance activities to ensure effective of operation day to day in order to meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
·Ensure that payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
·Check finance bookkeeping, review and analysis monthly financial report
·Design, improve , transfer corporation guidelines and policy to business team. Ensure they are understood and executed by business team
·Continuously review sales financial KPI, highlight potential financial opportunity and risk to top management
·Provide financial suggestion to sales management in business planning and decision-making process
·Provide regular financial training for business team
·Assign and planning the jobs to subordinates and follow up for the result, which have to meet the company's result.
Lead, encourage, and motivate all subordinates become high capability in order to be most useful for department and business.
·Perform other duties as assigned by Brand CEO, and provide support to brand CEO.

Qualifications:
- Understanding of the sales and market operation
- Strong problem-solving ability and business mind
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge in accounting, finance,and tax areas.
- Professional financial analysis and management skill
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work under high pressure


Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance and Certified Public Accountant.
- Strong English and computer skill Professional experience:
- at least 4 years working in accounting/financial role and 2 years in management level.
