Position Specification:

Associate to Project Manager to complete project related work, NPP expense application, project follow up, data collection, document distribution, file management, qualification review in Tianjin Modern City project.

Basic Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for daily work such as contract / document management, distribution and file

2. Complete all kinds of reports, which are for HD to Project Manager

3. State the debugging man-hour and No. of completion of installation

4. Do the invitation and recruitment rated work

5. Complete HR work reports

6. Do the office equipment’s need plan

7. Do the other office work and meet the manager’s need

8. Complete all of JDE apply according to each department

9. Invoice transmit in time and correctly

10. Translation and interpretation on China vs English.

Key Measurements:

1. Complete all kinds of dashboard according to HQ

2. Give all dashboards to Installation Manager in time

3. Complete all kinds of audit work according to OTIS’ policy

4. Manage office equipment

5. Apply JDE in time and correctly.

6. Good rated bank work

7. Learn new knowledge

Principle Working Relations:

HR CLC, Sales Dept., FOD Dept., Finance Dept., Service Dept

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education: college and above

2. Experience: Working experience in elevator and related industry preferred

3. Language: Proficient English in writing, speaking and listening

4. Computer Skills: MS Office
