Responsibilities:

1. Conduct downtime and fault study and analysis for utilities` manufacturing and wrapping processes, equipment and machines.

2. Establish and update process and operation technical standards for manufacturing and wrapping.

3. Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities, initiate and implement process improvement projects.

4. Consults with electrical supervisor on ways to improve production machinery and equipment reliability, and provide electrical solution to improve process efficiency.

5. Performs liaison on technical matters with Corporate Engineering and a variety of outside contractors and vendors.

6. Assists electrical supervisor on Special Projects as required.

7. Serves as technical support to the factory operation on electrical control.

8. Maintain and improve instrument calibration program.

9. Ensure improvement projects are carried out with compliance to GMP, quality and ESH requirement.

10. Perform new equipment and process qualification as required.

11. Ensure that latest technical standard, improvement or update is communicated, and training are provided, to relevant department.




Requirements:

1.College degree ,major in Electrical / Electronic /Automation .

2.3-5 years working experience with at least 3 years of manufacturing and project engineering experience.

3.Strong analytical and problem solving skill is required.

4.Willing to work on second or night shift as required.
