职位描述:
1. Developing CRM architecture and delivering system implementations to support company's strategic partnership developments oversea.
2. Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver strategical insights and make business recommendations.
3. Establishing workflows and standards for information storage in the CRM system.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM strategy works well for different aspect of the business.
职位要求:
1. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Able to communicate with native English speakers on a daily basis.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in multi-national companies, experience from premium brands and Master Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or other related areas will be a definite advantage.
3. Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas, excited to draw findings from figures.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5. Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player.
6. Ability to work in a quick and multi-cultural environment.
