Title: Training project specialist (or Sr. Training specialist)

  

Report Line: CVG Training manager

  

Location: Shanghai or Beijing

  

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

1. 协助制定并执行CVG technical training 短期及长期策略

2. 建立并保持与KOL的良好沟通与合作，促进CVG 创新疗法的推广与应用

3. 负责CVG AB meeting的组织实施及跟踪反馈，建立长期的高端学术交流平台

4. 负责CVG 创新中心的整体设计，执行和管理，加强美敦力创新疗法渗透

5. 负责组织并协调CVG 层面GC与亚太及全球的学术交流项目

6. 负责CVG 内、外部技术培训课程设计及优化

7. 与各BU密切合作，为CVG 重要大型学术会议提供技术支持

8. 与各BU密切合作，为公司各职能相关部门提供CVG 层面技术支持

                  

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  

1. 医学，药学，生物医学工程专业或其他相关领域本科以上学历

2. 4年以上医药或器械行业工作经验，有培训或市场项目管理经验优先

3. 较强的英文口语及写作能力优先

4. 良好的组织沟通及协调能力

5. 积极正向，具有团队合作精神

6. 勇于接受挑战，具备开拓精神
