职位描述

Main Accountabilities:

- Develop draught commercial plan ( distribution, NNS, investment guideline, in outlet execution guideline and toolkit, team structure with clear roles, activities and measures)

'- Develop and implement asset management process to tag, track, and manage all commercial capex."

- Develop the RTM model and engage with top WS and key accounts to develop yearly JBP.

- Become draft system master to coach ABI and wholesalers’ sales team to build capability and drive execution advantages

- Work with logistics and sales team to decide on draught policies, such as keg credit-deposit policy. Majority of time spent on China keg policy since it is China logistics capex.

- Work with BSC, treasury, and logistics to determine and approve wholesaler keg credit limit. Applies to all super premium wholesalers that are launching draught, or increasing volume

- Determine which region and quantity to launch draught, taking into account constraints (budget, supply, etc)


Other Responsibilities, Requirements or Technical Skills:

Education: University or Above

Experience: +3 years experience

Soft Skill:

Independent, proactive, self-motivating, mature & accountable

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Knowledge:

Knowledge and interests on draft technical support

deep understanding of beer industry chain (consumer/WS/POC) and ABI sales operation

Good training abilities

- Qualification:

Proficient at Excel

Good English speaking, reading and writing.

Good at analytic, reporting and presentation skill

Willing to travel
