As a Project Engineer-冶金, you will be part of the Industrial Automation (IA) Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Chongqing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.
You will be the person for diverse engineering projects in Metals Product Group/ Process Industries Business Line (BL) / Industrial Automation (IA) Business in Chongqing /China country/NAS region. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with relevant quality and safety guidelines.

? Electrical and automation system design for profile mill, hot flat mill and tube mill projects,
? Installation supervision, hardware, software design and commissioning,
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, major in Electrical Automation / Engineering field.
? 5 - 8 years of experiences in Electrical Automation/Engineering or Drive control.
? Knowledge of Metals Processing Automation especially in the field of hot rolling mill will be preferred.
? Solid computer technology, experience in AUTOCAD, EBase or EPLAN will be an added advantage.
? Good communication capabilities.
? Quick learning, willing to take responsibility and work under pressure and great team work.
? Willing to take frequently travelling and longtime commissioning.
? Fluent in oral and written English.
