Position:               Logistic Assistant 物流助理

Report to:            Logistic Supervisor  物流主管

Location:              Shanghai   上海

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordination all shipments from China DC to all stores/ countries within the framework fixed by logistic supervisor .

协调处理由主管指派的中国大陆地区以及全球的运输管理工作

This position requires a close follow-up of the operations and a daily cooperation / communication with many internal departments/stores and external suppliers.

该职位需要与运作部门，以及各内部/外部职能体系保持紧密协作与沟通

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-   Daily cooperate with warehouse and transport providers to ensure the goods can be delivered into the stores in China, which included garments & Low value materials

    和仓库以及运输合作伙伴密切协作，确保商品以及各辅料能及时安全运达中国大陆地区各零售店铺

-   Coordination of daily air/sea shipment with China Export Buying Office & Global forwarders, to ensure & catch up the global merchandising delivery plan

    和中国采购中心以及全球货代密切协作，确保集团的全球采购供应计划实施

-   Check and monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure service level of domestic & global logistics service providers.

    管理与考核物流供应商的运营绩效

-   Coordination with internal team to check freight charges and settlement

    与相关部门协调，校对各项费用并完成支付流程

-   Get & follow up with the hotline to solve any logistics issues

     接听物流热线，并及时跟进

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:

-   College graduate or above, logistics or supply chain major will be preferred

    大专及以上毕业，物流或者供应链专业优先

-   Open personality, pro-active, and self-motivated

    性格开朗，积极主动，有担当

-   Position will be located in Shanghai HQ

    工作地点在上海总部
