- 帮助CRM团队设计客户相关活动，使得产生***回报

- 同销售团队，产品团队，电商团队和代理商一同计划和执行CRM活动

供应商管理

- 积极管理第三方供应商，设计并确认流程管理CRM相关活动

- 同第三方供应商紧密合作，保证他们按时、准确

职位要求

- 掌握基本的Microsoft office 功能，尤其是PPT和Excel。

- 英语CET-4以上，良好的听说读写能力。

- 市场，统计，媒体或相关专业优先。

- 具有良好的沟通能力,能与供应商、MKT、产品部等同事进行有效的沟通。

- 乐于学习，对新事物的适应能力较强，有数据整理分析经验者优先。

- base上海，每周至少到岗3天及以上,可长期实习者优先哦.

Job Description：

CRM Activities Execution and Analysis

- help CRM team design activities to generate the highest return on investment

- plan and execute various CRM activities with sales team, product team, e-commerce team and agencies

Vendor Management

- actively manage third-party vendors; co-design and confirm processes in CRM activities

- work closely with vendors, supervise them to ensure they are timely and accurate    

Job Requirement

- proficiency in PPT and Excel

- marketing, statistics, media or related degree is preferred

- at least 3 days per week, long-term internship is preferred

- good language skills in both English (CET-4 or above) and Chinese, French is a plus but not necessary

- good communication skills, be able to communicate with colleagues from other departments effectively

- willing to learn; strong adaptability to new things

- data collection or data analysis experience is preferred.
