As a CPM (MES) Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Chongqing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

? To provide broad technical software support, training, pilots and consulting services for clients and to carry out the implementation of company software product in pulp and paper industry.
? MES project implementation in pulp and paper industry.
? Analyze and gather customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions for pulp and paper MES projects.
? Work with Project Managers to define scope, features and estimates for new projects.
? Plan project activities with local and remote teams.
? Work directly on development tasks; provide technical leadership; coordinate with other resources and create high quality products within the defined schedules and budgets.
? Work with customers to define new opportunities for plant level applications.
? Should be proficient or have the capability of becoming proficient at installing, configuring, developing a work flow process, troubleshooting the software, and staying current with upgrades, updates and patches.
? Plan and make technological training for customer key users or internal team.
? Clear & concise documentation.
? Aside from project responsibility, the successful candidate will also provide strategic sales, training, and customer/application support.

? Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Computer Science/Process Control or Equivalent Qualification.
? 2+ years of Experience of Pulp and Paper MES project delivery.
? Knowledge of MES applications for Process Industry, Experience in Pulp & Paper Industry is a plus.
? Familiar in application database structure design of MS SQL/Oracle.
? Proficient in programming of VS c#.net, Java Script.
? Excellent knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA.
