招聘职位：技术应用经理 Technology Application Manager

工作职责Responsibilities

1.引导和执行嘉吉动物营养部技术本土化: 将嘉吉和当地学校或研究机构连接并确保我们更新最新知识信息与全球技术团队分享Lead and execute CAN technology application: link between Cargill and local universities/researchers to ensure that we have access to the latest information and knowledge from China and to share this with the global technology team

2.与当地事业和技术团队保持联系 Connect with local business and technical teams

3.市场和销售支持 Support sales and marketing

4.培训 Training

5.利用本土可用数据来进行配方设计和满足市场需求 Design proper feed product to fit local business and market.

任职要求 Requirements

1.硕士或博士学历，水产及相关专业Master or PhD Degree majored in aquaculture and related majority

2.有水产配方经验 Aqua feed formulation experience

3.3年以上水产饲料厂的工作经验 3 years and above working experience in aqua feed company

4.丰富的虾料和海水鱼料的理论和实践经验With good shrimp and marine fish species experience in both theoretic knowledge and practical skill

5.良好的英语读写能力Good English skill both written and verbal

6.营养或水产相关专业Majored in Nutrition, aqua, etc.

7.深刻的客户洞察力和以业务为导向Deep customer insight and business-oriented

8.良好的沟通能力和合作技能以及数据分析技能，利用嘉吉全球技术资源来应用于符合目标市场的对应品种Good communication and collabration skill and analytic concept in datum, Can link the Cargill global resource to local species for the fully application in our target market

9.良好的培训技能来传递我们的技术价值Good training skill in aqua industry to deliver our value in technology

10.来自于中国著名水产学校者优先prefer to famous aquaculture and agriculture universities in China

11.有设计、协调和农场实验能力者优先Prefer to ability to design, coordinate and document field trials

12.需要经常出差Frequent business travel is needed.
