1.安装、维护公司办公使用的电脑、网络和其他办公设备；遵照公司的制度和流程设置、安装操作系统及相应的软件；

Install and setup the computer hardware and software, network and other office equipment by following company's policy and process;

2.及时接听、诊断、解答和解决用户遇到的电脑、网络、软件和电话的问题，并提供高质量的解决方案；

Pickup, diagnose, answer and solve the issues or questions that the users encounter on computer, network, software and telephone in timely manner and with high quality;

3. 网络和域管理；

Network and domain management;

4. 数据中心、服务器、网络、电话系统、视频系统等设备管理和维护，维护IT基础架构有关设备的正常运行；

IT data center, servers, network, telephone system, video system etc. management and maintenance , to ensure the IT infrastructure related equipment operate well;

5. 编写正确使用电脑及软件的用户手册和用户培训；

Prepare the user manual and conduct user training;

6. IT资产管理 (发放、转移和回收) 和登记, 及IT文档更新和管理。

Responsible for IT asset management (distribution, transfer and recycling) and documentation.

Qualifications：

1. 精通PC及常用办公软件(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Excellent in PC and Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

2. 管理和维护数据中心、服务器、网络、电话系统、视频系统的能力

Have capabilities on IT data center, servers, network, telephone system, video system etc. management and maintenance

3. 在网络、PC、服务器、信息安全有良好的专业知识

Good knowledge on networking, PC, server and information. 

4. 用户支持流程的设计和执行

User supporting process design and execution

5. 电话系统管理技能

Have good knowledge PABX and VOIP management

6. 5-8年以上IT 用户支持经验

5-8 years IT user support experience

7. Proactive engagement and understand business needs, have capability to deliver appropriate IT solution to meet business and user needs
