Main Accountabilities :
- PMO is of huge importance to suppor HEC growth and also added into teams' KPI. Need a dedicatd person to coordinate and manage.
- Bridget sales and PPM and dive deep
- Revenue and portfolio mgt is key drive for
- HEC business HEC HQ sales is not function sales but directly responsible for sales.
- Very high loading of routine work and also big opportunity of performance if can improve routine efficiency.
Other Responsibilities, Requirements or Technical Skills:
- Understand PPM and ABI system
- Have sense of both sales and functional departments and know the key points to support.
- Can support sales track, meeting and paper work. It's also a good opportunity to quickly obtain a total pic of HEC business
- The ability of project management, coordinate and communicate with all departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
