1. Act as culture carrier and global/regional link in the location；
2. Able to interpret rules and guidelines flexible to enhance the business and in keeping with；
3. ByteDance‘s values and culture；
4. Build enterprise employer brand and position-specific internal culture/marketing campaigns from conception to implementation；
5. Partner with global talent acquisition team on digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives；
6. Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies；
7. Lead talent market voice of employee research to gain insight into the talent market.
职位要求:
1. Deep understanding of integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media including WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor；
2. Must have experience in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging；
3. Expertise in leading multi-functional project teams and strong project management experience；
4. Knowledge of PR or MKT preferred;
5. Ability to travel as required;
6. Language：English and Indonesian.
