1) 日常工作：上传审批Precal；在ERP系统中完成订单创建，项目成本报告；安排和衔接发运工作；
客户收款文件申请和制作；供应商付款文件审查及申请；项目结束财务报告；其它需要协助的工作。
Daily works: - Uploading precal, Sales Order creation, Job Costing report,Shipment and Delivery Managaement, Billing, Invoicing , Payment collection, Vendor payment, Job Completion reporting, Accounting Support etc.,
2) 报告工作：每周合同报告；收货预估报告；现金流报告；应收款报告和其它。
Reports: Weekly order reports, GR Forecast report, OCF report, AR agieng and others.

？ Education教育程度
本科学历，物流或国际贸易等相关或相近专业；有相关职业证书者优先；
Degree in Logistics/International Trade or related. Additional certification related to profession is a plus；

？ Work Experience工作经验
- 五年以上国际项目中担当商务和物流相关工作经验；
- Commercial and Logistics support professional with 5 years or more experience working in International project environment with good tracking and reporting skills.
- 熟悉项目执行流程，从客户角度出发；
Project execution process and Customer oriented approach
- 能够熟练使用SAP、MS Word, Excel等办公软件；
Be familiar with SAP, MS Word, Excel.
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
Good communication ability and team work.

As an Intern for BESS&Micro-grid, you will be part of the Power Grids (PG) Business and Grid Automation (BL) Business Line, based in Beijing. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. - Uploading percale, Sales Order creation, Job Costing report, Shipment and Delivery Management, Billing, Invoicing, Payment collection, Vendor payment, Job Completion reporting, Accounting Support etc.
- Weekly order reports GR Forecast report, OCF report, AR ageing and others.
