职位描述
Principal Accountabilities:
· Work with the line manager in implementing integrated communication strategy, to cover key visual, in-store, OOH, digital, PR, and event.
· Support trade marketing with in-store communication development covering theme, key visual, and premium ideation. Maintain In-store Visibility (ISV) to ensure synergy among all in-store designs including brochure and recipes.
· Support social media manager with digital communication plan development, social media communication strategy, and performance tracking.
· Manage event communication, especially cooperating with Retail Trade Marketing, Food Service Trading Marketing and Sales to implement Mobil Kitchen long-term national event, and track the performance.
· Support line manager to act as the brand guardian and gatekeeper providing guidance in managing a consistent and persistent brand image and communication at any brand activation level in close collaboration of all functions including Category Marketing, Food Service Marketing, Trade Marketing, Corporate Affair and Sales.
· Support line manager to consolidate brand team's finance and help with legal process, especially annual and monthly A&P to ensure complete documents and timely follow up.
· Support tracking and allocating marketing collaterals and other support materials.
· Support tracking sales and communication performance of marketing campaigns, generate report and present in the monthly marketing meetings.
· Track and analyze market and consumer trends, and competitor performance.
Major Challenges:
· Basic knowledge of Integrated Brand Communication, to cover both ATL and BTL platforms, including TV, Print, OOH, in-store, digital, PR and event.
· Strong team spirit and good interpersonally skills, as need to cooperate and influence different internally and externally parties.
· Have high self-motivation, be result orientated, and be able to work under pressure. Due to the scope and role of China brand team.
Education background/Qualifications:
· University degree and above with major in business or Marketing.
Working experience:
· One year brand marketing experience with a multinational (or Internationally-based) organization
Skills:
· Must be detail oriented
· Drive for innovation
· Ability to work independently and to organize numerous project requirements simultaneously.
· Self motivated personality with strong collaboration skills, effective communication and influencing skills.
· Demonstrated strategic and marketing thinking
· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
· Flexible on working hours. May be required to work varied hours / days
· Good commend of English.
