What you will do

This role will be part of a dynamic global team with full responsibility to provide IT Solution in order to support the growth of our Service Operation and Business in Asia.

It offers a successful candidate an opportunity to be at the forefront of helping to define and shape our organizations current drive to standardize and simplify the Service applications landscape and drive towards customer centricity.

This position will report into the Global Services and Install Delivery leadership team.


How you will do it

· Understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding regional/enterprise system impacts and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.

· Deliver and lead service solutions with ERP integrations across a group of specific business applications or technologies in Asia, based on business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.

· Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.

· Accountable for the global alignment on solution architectural design and application landscape in the region.

· Manage and develop the solution architecture for a broader scope of projects.

· Responsible for the evaluation and selection of software product, as well as the design of software configurations.

· Accountable for Build, Test & deploy across Service Portfolios – Ensure projects delivered to Time/ Cost & Scope.

· Perform hands-on solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and lead development tasks as required in projects.

· Responsible to ensure the solution delivery is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture. Responsible for engagement with Enterprise Architecture team for validation of solution proposal.

· Own integration, application and infrastructure impact analysis to fit systems across countries/regions. Identify the need to modify projects to accommodate the solutions architecture.

· Provide necessary support for Business Partner on IT Demand & Run team on Application Governance model.


What we look for


Required

· Extensive experience defining and delivering enterprise solutions.

· Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, Cloud Applications and Service industry reference architecture.

· Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in defining and delivering enterprise/regional applications design, development, deployment and integration, with minimum of 5 years working as a solution Architect in mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving technology and architectural transformation in a matrixed organization.

· Strong technical skills in defining and delivering enterprise applications on platforms like Salesforce, Heroku, Mulesoft, MS Dynamic, Oracle Services, ServiceNow, ServiceMax or other equivalent applications in Field Service Industry.

· Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.

· A real passion for transforming businesses through technology.

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop and deliver materials that are appropriate for the audience.

· Experience with Agile implementation methodologies.

· Travel of up to 25%, but can be higher or lower based on business and project needs.


Preferred

· Strong experience and knowledge in the following business process areas: Service (including Field Service), Service Quote mgmt, Service Execution mgmt, Service Contract mgmt, Service Analysis Reports, General Data Mgmt.

· Industry experience in Field Service is desirable.
