Job Objectives:

1. Financial aspects: RA Sections budget check, monthly review, report; Reimbursement sheet collection and post to Financial Department in Shanghai office

2. Coordination and management of office work: booking meeting room and equipment for department meeting and project meeting; application and management of office stationaries; reception and arrangement of the visitors from headquarter; Training record and management for RA staff; Follow up the monthly report and work hours record sheet for RA staff; Hotel booking for business trip of RA staff

3. Support RA work: document printing, copying and binding; destroy the unneeded confidential technical documents, meeting materials, etc. check and monitor the desk of RA staff to protect confidential documents

4. Organization and arrangement of RA Team building activities

5. Other: Finish the other tasks assigned by the line manager

   
   

Qualifications

1. Graduated from the official college/university, participated assistant training course; 

2. 2 years or more working experience in foreign company, and preferred pharmaceutical development division working experience;  

3. Good communication and organization skills

4. Fluent English Speaking
