Basic Accountabilities:

• Prepare asset management and customer financing related analysis reports. Etc.

  制作资产管理和客户融资相关分析报告等。

• Responsible for AR collection Management.

  负责日常应收帐款回收管理工作。

• Monitor Company credit exposure to assigned accounts base to minimize bad debt.

  收集并分析客户的信用资料，评估客户的信用风险，尽力使公司产生坏账的风险最小化。

• Monitor customer aging trend of assigned accounts base, including collection and reconciliation of past due balances.

  监测客户的帐龄趋势，及时回收帐款。

• Monitor delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible, ensuring maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to the accounts; Legal collection assessment & suggestion

  监测有异议的帐款并尽最大努力追款，尽可能避免账目恶化；提供法律收款评估及建议。

• Responsible for DSO control and can continuously try the best to shorten the DSO.

  负责改善DSO指标。

• Prepare regular reports e.g. bad debt analysis, weekly risky customer tracking reports. Etc.

  制作坏账分析报告，每周收款项目跟踪等。

• Job assigned by Credit & Collection Manager.

Qualification Requirement:

要求:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, law, business or relevant majors.

  财务、法律、商务或同等专业本科以上学历

• Familiar with Customer financing (ABS, AR factoring is a plus).

  熟悉客户融资，ABS及应收账款保理业务的优先考虑

• At least 3 year of related working experience on Credit and Collections or AR management in a multi-national organization.

  至少3年以上信用控制及应收帐款工作经验

• Excellent system skills (Word, Excel, Access, JDE is a plus).

  熟练使用Micro office软件，能够熟练使用JDE 系统者优先考虑

• Possess effective communication skills, and team work is a must.能够有效地与公司内外部人员及客户沟通，能够与所在团队的成员一起共同完成团队工作目标

• Will to try and strive for best result on the collection work. 总是能够尽最大努力回收所有货款。
