Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Collect and consolidate policy information with focus on healthcare system reform, reimbursement, pricing, procurement, and so on and deliver bimonthly/quarterly policy analysis report for internal sharing.
？ Conduct in-depth analysis on key policies
？ Manage strategic initiatives on policy research with external institutions 
？ Organize the internal policy environment training to relative functions. 
？ Develop positioning paper and recommendation letter for key policy topics

What you’ll bring to the role: 

？ Policy insights to support short and long run business strategy
？ Deliver Novartis positioning to shape the policy environment


Desirable Requirements: 
？ Advanced degree (master’s required and doctorate an asset) in Health Economics, Health Policy, Public Health, Pharmaceutical Administration or MBA in healthcare preferred
？ Strong at interpersonal and communication skill 
？ Fluent in both written and spoken English
